In this workshop you will identify your dosha (and learn what a dosha is!). You'll discover ways to modify diet, lifestyle, asana and pranyamama to maintain balance during seasonal changes and periods of stress. You'll leave with a toolkit of easy-to-implement ideas optimized for your particular constitution which can be integrated into your current self-care routine
