Service Description

You will learn your constitution, as well as the nature of any imbalances. In the first consultation, you will receive an overview of where you currently are, and how diet, lifestyle, breathwork, meditation, and various herbs can support you in your wellness journey. Before the first assessment I will send you a health form per email to fill up with your health history in order to better serve you.
